Re:Staff is a Work-Integrating Social Enterprise (WISE). Our goal is to integrate people, who face significant challenges in finding or maintaining employment, into the labor force.

Through individually adapted practical work, in a safe and supportive environment, the people that come to us have the opportunity to grow at their own pace and build self-confidence. We offer structure, a sense of community, and real work tasks, elements that foster motivation and long-term change not only for the individuals, but for society as a whole.
