We were assigned to handle a container containing 4,050 glass vases that had been damaged during transportation. The vases were packed in cardboard boxes without pallets, which caused the boxes to collapse inside the container, a situation with a high risk of product damage.

Out assignment included:

• Safe and careful unloading of the container, box by box
• Thorough inspection of each vase to identify cracks, chips, or other defects
• Documenting the process for our client throughout the entire project

Thanks to our structured working methods and our team’s high level of precision, we successfully recovered 3,960 out of 4,050, about 98%. This is a very strong result, especially considering how immensely the goods had collapsed upon arrival.
